1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Hookups Uganda (www.hookupsuganda.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the service, including escorts, customers, and service providers. By using Hookups Uganda, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions herein.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Hookups Uganda. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users under 18.

2. Use of Service

Permitted Uses:

• Browsing and searching for escort services and products
• Creating a personal account for legitimate purposes
• Making legal bookings and purchases
• Communicating with service providers
• Leaving reviews based on genuine experiences

Prohibited Uses:

• Illegal activities or services
• Human trafficking, exploitation, or coercion
• Fraud, scams, or misrepresentation
• Harassment, threats, or abusive language
• Creating multiple fake accounts
• Hacking, scraping, or unauthorized data collection
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Posting explicit, child safety, or illegal content
• Impersonation or identity theft
• Selling or reselling services from our platform

3. Account Responsibility

Account Creation:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You agree to provide accurate, truthful information during registration
• You agree to keep your profile information current

Account Termination:

Hookups Uganda reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or limit access to accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harass or threaten other users
• Post prohibited content
• Violate payment obligations
• Provide false or misleading information

Terminated accounts will forfeit any outstanding Hookups Points and credits.

4. Booking & Services

How Bookings Work:

• Hookups Uganda is a facilitation platform, not a party to service agreements
• Bookings are agreements between you and the service provider
• You are responsible for discussing and confirming terms with the provider
• Payment is processed through our secure system
• Service terms, rates, and availability are set by individual providers

Cancellations & Refunds:

• Cancellations 24+ hours before: Full refund (minus payment processing fees)
• Cancellations 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations within 12 hours: No refund (unless provider cancels)
• No-show by customer: No refund
• Provider cancellation: Full refund plus 100 bonus Hookups Points

Disputes:

If you have a dispute regarding a booking or service, contact our support team within 48 hours with details. We will investigate and make a determination based on available evidence.

5. Payments & Pricing

Payment Terms:

• All prices are displayed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise stated
• Prices may be subject to applicable taxes and service fees
• We accept mobile money, bank transfers, and online payment methods
• Payment is due at the time of booking/purchase

Payment Security:

• All payments are processed through certified, secure payment gateways
• We never store complete credit card information
• Payment data is encrypted and protected
• You are responsible for safeguarding your payment credentials

Billing Disputes:

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support within 7 days with documentation. Disputes are investigated and resolved within 14 business days.

Chargeback Policy:

Initiating chargebacks without attempting resolution through our support system may result in account termination and legal action.

6. Reviews & User Content

Review Guidelines:

Users can submit reviews based on genuine experiences. Reviews must:

• Be truthful and based on actual service
• Respect privacy of service providers and customers
• Avoid personal attacks, slurs, or harassment
• Not contain explicit sexual content, spam, or promotional material
• Not reveal personal identifying information

Review Moderation:

We moderate all reviews. Reviews that violate guidelines will be removed without notification. Repeated violations may result in review-posting restrictions.

Your Content Rights:

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Hookups Uganda a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content on our platform. You retain ownership of your content.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Ownership:

• All content on Hookups Uganda (design, logos, text, code) is owned by Hookups Uganda or licensed partners
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any platform content without permission
• All trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of Hookups Uganda

User Content Rights:

• Escort profiles and photos are property of respective service providers
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of profiles is prohibited
• Screenshots for personal use are acceptable; commercial use requires permission

Violations:

Intellectual property violations will result in immediate content removal and account suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties:

Hookups Uganda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Absence of errors or bugs
• Service provider reliability or quality
• Meeting your expectations or requirements

Limitation of Damages:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hookups Uganda shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or revenue
• Damages from service provider behavior
• Actions or inactions of third parties

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hookups Uganda, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the platform in violation of laws
• Your interactions with service providers or other users
• Content you submit to the platform
• Your negligence or intentional misconduct

10. Third-Party Links & Content

Hookups Uganda may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for:

• Content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites
• Any harm resulting from third-party services
• Data collection or privacy practices of third parties

Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

11. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution:

Before pursuing formal action, contact our support team at support@hookupsuganda.com with details of your dispute. We will attempt resolution within 30 days.

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Uganda courts.

Arbitration:

By using Hookups Uganda, you agree that disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation, at our discretion.

12. Safety & Conduct

User Safety:

• Meet in safe, public locations when possible
• Share your booking details with trusted contacts
• Trust your instincts; leave if anything feels unsafe
• Never send advance payment to unverified accounts
• Use protection and practice safe practices

Reporting Safety Issues:

If you experience unsafe behavior, harassment, or exploitation, report it immediately:

• Click "Report" on the user's profile
• Email safety@hookupsuganda.com with details and evidence
• Contact local law enforcement if a crime has occurred

Zero Tolerance Policy:

Hookups Uganda has zero tolerance for harassment, exploitation, trafficking, or illegal activities. Violators will be permanently banned and reported to authorities.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent website notification.
