Do points expire?

No! Your points never expire as long as your account is active. Even if you take a break from booking, your points will be waiting when you return.

Can I use points and a discount code together?

In most cases, yes! You can combine redeemed points-based vouchers with promotional codes. However, some exclusive offers may not be combinable. Check the terms when redeeming.

What happens to my points if I close my account?

You have 30 days after account closure to redeem your points. After that, unused points are forfeited. You can always reactivate your account within 60 days to keep your points.

Can I earn points on refunded transactions?

Points earned are deducted when a refund is processed. For example, if you earn 1000 points on a UGX 100,000 booking and get a full refund, those 1000 points will be removed.

How can I check my points balance?

Log into your account and go to Account Settings > Hookups Points. You'll see your total points, current tier, and redemption history.

Are there tier maintenance requirements?

No minimum spending is required to maintain your tier. Your tier is based on lifetime points earned, so you won't drop down after reaching a new level.

Can I gift points to someone else?
